Shanti Maitri Gramin Vikas Sansthan is dedicated to improving the lives of persons with disabilities, blind individuals, children with intellectual disabilities (MR), senior citizens, and communities in need. Through education, rehabilitation, healthcare, awareness campaigns, and rural development programmes, we work to create opportunities that promote dignity, independence, and social inclusion.
Our story
Shanti Maitri Gramin Vikas Sansthan was founded with the vision of creating an inclusive society where every individual—regardless of physical ability, age, or social background—has equal opportunities to grow with dignity. Over the years, the organization has expanded its work across disability support, rural development, de-addiction awareness, community welfare, and social empowerment while remaining deeply connected to the communities it serves.
We believe meaningful change begins at the grassroots. By working alongside local communities, volunteers, healthcare professionals, educators, and social workers, we continue to build sustainable programmes that improve lives while encouraging compassion, inclusion, and shared responsibility.

Vice President
Assists in organizational leadership, supports programme implementation, and works closely with volunteers and community stakeholders to strengthen outreach and development initiatives.
